Fall 2025: 13–14-week Internship (August 18 – November 21, 2025) , negotiable based on kinesiology/exercise science undergraduate degree program requirements for internships.
NIFS Internship is a full-time, unpaid, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
*A stipend is provided for expenses such as gas, living expenses, etc.

We are looking for interns who are interested in gaining experience in Commercial Fitness or Corporate Fitness Management. This opportunity provides an inside look at the daily operations of fitness centers and supporting the fitness and wellness needs of its members and/or client groups.

Position Summary:
The NIFS Intern uses specialized education and training to gain experience in all areas of the Fitness Center, including but not limited to, exercise program design, fitness testing, customer service, group exercise, and other Fitness Center and/or departmental initiatives.
