Your Responsibilities

• Leverage our unique platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates, showcasing the opportunities MLR offers and assessing their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow through with potential leads to sustain interest and enhance the hiring experience
• Keep thorough and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Reap commission based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and hires resulting from your initiatives

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only position, allowing for performance-based earnings without limits.
